Aankondiging-Announcement GK4 Kart Series Start Seizoen - Season 2020

Goede middag allemaal,

Het is zover, we hebben geweldig nieuws; we gaan van start met de GK4 2020.

We hebben met een aantal partijen in de Covid-19 periode niet stilgezeten en hebben achter de schermen constant gewerkt aan de hernieuwde start van onze kampioenschappen. En nu is het dan zover.

We zijn blij dat we u kunnen berichten dat de GK4 zal starten in juli, met twee wedstrijden in België.

Wedstrijd 1: weekeinde van 4-5 juli 2020, circuit Karting de Spa-Francorchamps;
Wedstrijd 2: weekeinde van 25-26 juli 2020, circuit Karting Genk.

De uitgebreide aankondiging met bijzonderheden race 1 Spa-Francorchamps volgt deze week.

Reserveringen:
De al voor race 1 - was oorspronkelijk race 3 - Spa-Francorchamps gedane reserveringen/betalingen blijven staan.
De race 2 Genk was oorspronkelijk als race 4 gepland voor 1-2 augustus. De hiervoor gedane reserveringen gaan automatisch over naar de wedstrijd op 25-26 juli.
U hoeft daarvoor niets te ondernemen.

Reserveren via de GK4 site:
De reserveringsmogelijkheid via de GK4 website was tijdelijk uitgeschakeld.
De reserveringsmogelijkheid wordt morgen, dinsdag 23-06-20 opengesteld.
Reserveringen kunnen dan worden gedaan via de link https://www.gk4kartseries.com/inschrijven/

Verduidelijking bedragen reservering:
Voor nieuw aan te melden rijders worden de administratiekosten voor het seizoen bij de kosten van de race opgeteld.
Aan degenen die al hebben gereserveerd, maar de administratiekosten nog niet hebben voldaan, wordt verzocht deze betaling ook te voldoen via de GK4 site via genoemde link. Er wordt een afzonderlijke mogelijkheid voor gecreëerd.
Dit alles om zoveel als mogelijk directe contacten te voorkomen in Spa.

Nieuwe kalender:
De nieuwe GK4 kalender presenteren we u zo snel mogelijk.

Protocol Covid-19:
We dienen ons te houden aan zowel de Belgische als Nederlandse overheidsvoorschriften.
Deze zijn verwerkt in ons protocol “Cpoint Protocol Covid-19 Kartdagen 2020”, dat in de komende tijd zal meegaan in de door de overheden bekend gemaakte wijzigingen.
Contacten via het secretariaat worden tot een minimum beperkt.
Het verloop van de wedstrijden kent een vereenvoudigde opzet in bijvoorbeeld reservering en briefing.
Het Protocol plaatsen we deze week op de GK4 site als download.

Inrichting weekeinde Spa:
We mogen in Spa een beperkt aantal rijders plaatsen per dag. Daarom zullen de klassen worden verdeeld over twee dagen.
Er zal sprake zijn van een beperkt aantal toegelaten personen per rijder (4 personen) en team, en er zal geen publiek worden toegelaten.

IAME X30 Junior
IAME X30 Junior Nationaal

Zondag:
Formula Honda 9PK
IAME X30 Senior
Senior Nationaal (IAME X30 en Rotax-Max)

Informatie:
Vanzelfsprekend zorgen we er voor dat u juist wordt geïnformeerd en zullen we de bijzonderheden van de eerste wedstijd Spa binnenkort in de aankondiging nader uiteen zetten.

Good afternoon everyone,

Yesss, the time has come, we have great news; we will start with the GK4 2020.

We have not been idle with a number of parties in the Covid-19 period and have constantly worked behind the scenes on the new start of our championships. And we succeeded.

We are happy to report that the GK4 will start in July, with two races in Belgium.

Race 1: weekend of 4-5 July 2020, circuit Karting de Spa-Francorchamps;
Race 2: weekend of July 25-26, 2020, circuit Karting Genk.

The detailed announcement race 1 Spa-Francorchamps will follow this week.

Reservations:
The reservations / payments made for race 1 - originally race 3 - Spa-Francorchamps remain.
Race 2 Genk was originally planned as race 4 for August 1-2. The reservations made for this race will automatically transfer to the event on July 25-26.
You do not need to take any action for this.

Reservations via the GK4 site:
The reservation option via the GK4 website was temporarily disabled.
The reservation option will be opened tomorrow, Tuesday 23-06-20.
New reservations can then be made via the link https://www.gk4kartseries.com/inschrijven/

Clarification of reservation amounts:
For new drivers first race to register, the administration costs are added to the reservationcosts of the race.
Those who have already made a reservation, but have not yet paid the administrative costs, are requested to also make this payment via the GK4 site via the aforementioned link. A separate option is created for this.
All this to avoid as many as possible direct contacts in Spa.

New calendar:
We will present you the new GK4 calendar as soon as possible.

Covid-19 Protocol:
We must comply with both Belgian and Dutch government regulations.
These have been incorporated in our protocol “Cpoint Protocol Covid-19 Karting Days 2020”, which will be included in the changes announced by the authorities in the near future.
Contacts through the secretariat are kept to a minimum.
We therefor introduce a simplified structure, for example reservation and briefing.
The Protocol will be placed on the GK4 site as download this week.

Event 1 Spa-Francorchamps:
We are allowed to place a limited number of drivers per day in Spa. Therefore, the classes will be divided over two days.
There will be a limited number of people allowed per driver (4 persons) and team, and no public will be admitted.

IAME X30 Junior National

Classes Sunday:
Formula Honda 9HP
IAME X30 Senior

Information:
It goes without saying that we will ensure that you are properly informed and we will shortly explain the details of the first event Spa in the announcement.
