IAME SERIES NETHERLANDS - NK IAME 2020 - R3 Raceway Venray

In het weekeinde van 17-18 oktober gaan we voor de derde seizoensrace van de IAME SERIES NETHERLANDS-NK IAME naar de prachtige Nederlandse karttrack Raceway Venray. We zien er naar uit om u te treffen en de rijders weer in actie te zien.

Cpoint Protocol Covid-19 Kartdagen 2020
1. Eén van de eisen die de Belgische en Nederlandse overheden stellen is een protocol, ingericht overeenkomstig de geldende voorschriften.
2. De regels van de Kartbaan zijn leidend, zodat een aantal punten, zoals aantal toegelaten personen, af kan wijken van hetgeen in het protocol is opgenomen. Deze punten worden gecommuniceerd via de gebruikelijke kanalen.
3. Het protocol is als download geplaatst op de internetsite www.nkiame.nl.
We verzoeken u goed notie te nemen van de inhoud, zodat u niet voor verrassingen komt te staan, want iedere aanwezige is zelf individueel verantwoordelijk voor de naleving ervan.
4. Gedurende het gehele raceweekeinde is het dragen van een mondkapje voor iedere aanwezige verplicht op het gehele terrein, dus ook onder 12 jaar en inclusief de tenten, m.u.v. zittend in de horeca.

Een punt uit het protocol gewijzigd
Iedere rijder mag zich in het raceweekeinde laten vergezellen door maximaal TWEE   begeleiders, inclusief monteur.
Buiten deze personen mag er op die dagen geen publiek aanwezig zijn.

Overnachting/camping/douches
Er is geen toestemming voor een campinggedeelte vanuit de overheid.
Er mag niet in de paddock worden overnacht.
De douches zijn derhalve niet geopend.

Vrije Trainingen
Het circuit is open voor trainingen op vrijdag 16 oktober van 10.00 – 17.00 uur. Trainingstickets te betalen aan de baan. Zie openingstijden op Facebook pagina Raceway Venray.
Kosten training vrijdag zijn niet bij het inschrijfgeld inbegrepen.

Let u aub in het bijzonder op deze informatie
1. Vergeet u aub niet om uw VOUCHER, het bewijs van reservering mee te nemen.
2. Voor nieuwe rijders: op de site staat als download het Inschrijfformulier 2020; neemt u het aub ingevuld en ondertekend mee naar de administratieve controle, dat scheelt ons samen veel tijd.
3. Het gedragsprotocol is van  toepassing. Respecteer elkaar, de deelnemers en de organisatie.
4. Transponders zijn te huur via de organisatie. Aan te vragen via de link: http://users.telenet.be/racetiming/contact.htm
5. Iedere kart moet op een dekzeil, met minimum afmeting 3x4 mtr. worden geplaatst, ter bescherming van de ondergrond.
6. Ruimtes tussen de karts in de tenten, minimaal 1,5 meter rondom.
7. Op elke vorm van vervuiling staat voor de overtreder een boete van € 500,00.
8. Voordat u het terrein verlaat, moet de plek van elk team/rijder perfect schoon zijn (geen afval, geen tie-raps, geen banden achterlaten).
9. Het rijden met voertuigen op het gehele terrein is verboden. Laat u voertuigen als steps, fietsen en scooters aub gewoon thuis. Gebruik ervan is strafbaar gesteld in het Wedstrijd Reglement.

We adviseren de deelnemers die niet op vrijdag kunnen inschrijven, dit te laten verzorgen door een teammanager. De servicepunten/teams zijn hiervan ook door ons in kennis gesteld. Dit om er zeker van te zijn dat u de bandjes heeft die toegang geven als u bij de hoofdingang arriveert.
We adviseren om de nodige formulieren en uw administratie in orde te brengen, zodat u dat niet ter plaatse nog moet doen.
Vragen en opmerkingen kunt u schriftelijk indienen via de postlade bij de ingang secretariaat. Vragen worden schriftelijk beantwoord, dan wel telefonisch. Telefoonnummer aub vermelden op het formulier dat u indient.

Briefing
Er zal geen briefing plaatsvinden.
De briefing wordt in het Nederlands en Engels als download geplaatst op de site www.nkiame.nl. Neemt u aub goed notie van dit document.

Prijsuitreiking
Er zal geen uitgebreide prijsuitreiking plaatsvinden.
De trofeeën (ook de trofeetjes voor alle Mini-Parilla deelnemers) staan voor u klaar en kunnen telkens na afloop van de afsluitende races worden afgehaald door de prijswinnaars.

Huurmotoren
Voor geïnteresseerde rijders is er de mogelijkheid om motoren tegen een strak tarief te huren. Dit geldt voor alle klassen. Info te verkrijgen via de organisatie info@nkiame.nl.

Banden
1. Banden, zowel slick als regen, worden uitsluitend op bestelling geleverd via PDB Vlaardingen, pdbkart@pdbkart.nl.
2. Er mag niet met eigen banden worden gereden.
3. Vergeet u aub niet om uw banden tijdig te bestellen bij uw erkende IAME dealer. De lijst met dealers staat voor u klaar als download op onze internetsite.
4. Zowel de slicks als regenbanden moeten worden aangemeld bij de scanning. Uitsluitend nieuwe banden mogen worden aangemeld, slicks en regen.

Verplicht tankstation
Het verplicht tankstation is tankstation Esso Venray, Raadhuisstraat 30,
5801 MA Venray (NL), brandstof Esso 98-Ron.
Bewaart u aub uw tankbon. Deze moet u op verzoek organisatie tonen.

Paddock, stroom
1. Tenten kunnen vanaf donderdag 15 oktober worden opgebouwd tussen 10.00 en 16.00 uur.
2. Bij aankomst op het circuit is het noodzakelijk om de paddock verantwoordelijke te contacteren voordat u uw tenten opbouwt; Ben de Feyter (0032479803159). Dit om de goede werking in de paddock niet te verstoren.
3. Tenten dienen min. 1,5 meter uit elkaar te staan en twee zijden moeten open blijven tbv ventilatie.
4. Personenwagens en lege bestelwagens moeten buiten de paddock geparkeerd worden. Houdt u er aub rekening mee, dat er gecontroleerd wordt en voertuigen die er niet mogen staan verplaatst dienen te worden, ook als de tent als is opgebouwd.
5. Afname stroom paddock voor het weekeindeis is verplicht. Kosten € 20,00 voor het weekeinde, te voldoen a contant bij de administratieve controle.

Warmdraaien motoren
1. Er mogen GEEN motoren worden warmgedraaid. Het is toegestaan om de motor te starten, maar deze moet dan ook meteen weer worden uitgezet. Let u op, dit is  strafbaar gesteld in het Wedstrijd Reglement.
2. Voor de klasse X30 Super Shifter wordt de volgende uitzondering gemaakt: een half uur voor aanvang van iedere training en wedstrijd geldt een periode van 5 minuten waarin er mag worden warmgedraaid; uitsluitend bij ingang Parc-Fermé.

In the weekend of October 17-18, we will go for the third race of the IAME SERIES NETHERLANDS-NK IAME to the great Dutch kart track Raceway Venray.
We really look forward to meet you and to see the drivers back in action.

Cpoint Protocol Covid-19 Karting Days 2020
One of the requirements set by the Belgian and Dutch governments is a protocol, set up in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The rules of the Karting Track are leading, so that a number of points, such as the number of admitted persons, may deviate from what is included in the protocol. These points are communicated via our usual channels.
The protocol is posted as a download on our internet site www.nkiame.nl.
We request that you take note of the content, so that you will not face any surprises, because each person present is individually responsible for compliance.

Protocol: changed rule
Each driver may be accompanied during the race weekend by a maximum of TWO escorts, including a mechanic.
Outside these persons, no audience may be present on these days.

Facemask
During the entire race weekend, wearing a face mask is mandatory for everyone present on the entire site, including children under 12 years and including tents, with the exception when you are seated in the canteen of Raceway Venray.

Information in general
1. All documents – as Reglements, Timeschedule, Registrationform, Tyres, Costs, Mandatory Fuelstation - will be placed as downloads on our internetsite www.nkiame.nl.
2. Transponders can be rented from the organization (€ 25,00/weekend). Request to hire Transponder via the link http://users.telenet.be/racetiming/contact.htm
3. Please do not forget to bring your Driver licence and if applicable your Parent-Child licence to the administrative control on Saturday. (Time stated in Timeschedule).
4. Use of all vehicles in the paddock is strictly forbidden: please  leave these vehicles at home. Please note, this is made punishable in the Sporting Regulations.

Briefing
There will be no briefing.
The briefing can be downloaded from the site www.nkiame.nl in Dutch and English from Wednesday. Please take note of this document.

Prize giving
There will be no extensive prize giving.
The trophies (including the trophies for all Mini-Parilla participants) can be collected by the prize winners after the finals.

Mandatory fuelstation
The mandatory fuelstation is Esso Venray, Raadhuisstraat 30,

Please keep your fuel receipt. You must show this organization upon request.

Tyres
Tyres, both slick and rain, are delivered only by PDB Vlaardingen, email pdbkart@pdbkart.nl.
It is not allowed to drive with your own tyres.
Please do not forget to order your tyres on time at your authorized IAME dealer.
Both slicks and rain tires must be provided for scanning. Only new slick and rain tires can be registered.

Overnight stays / camping / showers
There is no government permission for a camping area.
It is not allowed to stay overnight in the paddock.
The showers will therefore not be open.

Paddock / electricity
1. Tents can be set up from Thursday October 15 from 10 AM – 4 PM.
2. Upon arrival at the circuit it is necessary to contact the paddock manager before setting up your tents; Ben de Feyter (0032479803159). This is in order not to disturb the proper functioning in the paddock.
3. Tents must be at least 1.5 meters apart and two sides must remain open for ventilation.
4.Cars and empty vans must be parked outside the paddock on the designated park.. Please take into account that there are checks and vehicles that are not allowed must be removed, even if the tent has already been set up.
5. Purchase of electricity in the paddock for the weekend is mandatory. Costs € 20,00 for the weekend, to be paid in cash at the administrative check.
6. To stay  overnight in the paddock is forbidden.
9. Every go-kart has to be placed onto a tarpaulin. Any kind of pollution will be fined by
€ 500,00.
10. Before leaving the track, the spot from every team / driver has to be perfectly clean (no garbage, no tie-raps, no tyres)

Extra training day
The circuit is open for extra training sessions on Friday October 16.
From 10 AM - 5 PM.
Training tickets to be paid at the track.

Costs training Friday are not included in the registration fee.
Warm-up engines
1. It is strictly forbidden to warm up engines. It is allowed to start the engine, but the engine must also be switched off immediately. Please note, this is made punishable in the Sporting Regulations.
2. For the class X30 Super Shifter, the following exception is made: half an hour before the start of each training and race there is a period of 5 minutes during which the engine may be warmed up; only at entrance Parc-Fermé.
