AANKONDIGING GK4 KART SERIES en BEKC ENDURANCE KARTING 4TEAMS 2021

Goede avond allemaal,

We zijn druk doende met de voorbereiding van een hopelijk weer “normaal en mooi” seizoen GK4 Kart Series (GK4) en BEKC Endurance Karting 4Teams 2021.
Via deze weg informeren we u over de kalenders, inschrijving, klassen en overige bijzonderheden.

GK4 en BEKC onder auspiciën van de KNAF
De GK4 en BEKC worden officieel onder auspiciën van de KNAF verreden en vormen het officieel Nederlands Belgisch Club Kampioenschap Karting.

De inschrijving wordt vanaf 01-01-21 opengesteld.
    De link naar de inschrijfpagina van onze internetsite: https://www.gk4kartseries.com/inschrijven/
    Bij plaatsing wordt voorrang gegeven aan de rijders GK4/teams BEKC die gebruikmaken van de voorinschrijving voor het hele seizoen. Van deze mogelijkheid kunt u gebruikmaken t/m 17 januari 2020.
    Vervolgens worden de rijders en teams per event geplaatst op volgorde binnenkomst inschrijving.

Kalenders
    De kalenders GK4 en BEKC worden als downloads geplaatst op www.gk4kartseries.com/downloads 
    De kalenders bestaan voor de GK4 uit zes en voor de BEKC uit vijf events. Waarvan voor de BEKC drie in de NK weekenden en twee in de GK4 weekeinden
    Let op voor de klasse Formula Honda 9PK: de GK4 klasse Formula Honda 9PK kent 10 events, waarvan zes 1-uurs endurance races in de GK4 weekenden en nieuw vier sprintraces tijdens het NK weekeinde.

Klassen BEKC

    BEKC Endurance Racing 4Teams
Toegelaten motoren: IAME X30 en Rotax Max Senior en Junior; Wankel AIXRO XR30 Junior; TILLOTSON T4.
    Totaalklassement BEKC voor alle toegelaten motoren met subklassementen.
    Voor de subklassementen verwijzen we u graag naar het Sportief Reglement 2021.

Inschrijving en betaling
We maken gebruik van een inschrijf- en betalingssysteem.
U kunt  via de website www.gk4kartseries.com inschrijven voor het hele seizoen of één of meerdere losse events, waarbij u gelijktijdig zowel de inschrijving als de betaling verricht.
U ontvangt na deze formaliteiten via email een voucher voor de event(s) waarvoor u hebt ingeschreven. Dit is tevens de bevestiging van inschrijving.
Graag bij opmerkingen vermelden of u een factuur wilt, het gewenste startnummer en uw transpondernummer.
Betaling a contant is mogelijk op aanvraag en gemaakte afspraak.

Licenties
De kampioenschappen GK4 en BEKC staan open voor rijders die beschikken over een Nederlandse dan wel Belgische licentie (nationaal of internationaal), evenals alle houders van een internationale licentie van een andere ASN die onder auspiciën staat van de FIA en houders van een nationale licentie van een andere ASN, vergezeld van de toelating van die ASN.
De minimaal vereiste Nederlandse licentie is de KNAF Clublicentie via www.knaf.nl, en met de Ouder-Kind licentie ingeval van minderjarigheid van de rijder.
Er kan twee keer middels een ERB, evenement registratie Bewijs van de KNAF worden deelgenomen, aan te vragen via www.knaf.nl. Daarna dient u uw licentie aan te vragen.

Het voordeel is dat u met een enkele licentie aan de GK4, BEKC, TILLOTSON T4 SERIES en de IAME SERIES NETHERLANDS/NK IAME kunt deelnemen.

Startnummers
    De rijders die gebruikmaken van de voorschrijving voor het hele seizoen krijgen als eersten het recht op een door hen gekozen startnummer toegewezen, waarbij rijders bij aanvraag van het nummer waarmee zij in 2020 hebben deelgenomen daarop voorrang krijgen.
    Vervolgens worden de overgebleven startnummers uitgereikt.
    Bij meerdere aanvragen voor eenzelfde startnummer beslist de organisatie.

Algemeen:

Op alle kampioenschappen zijn de Algemene Voorwaarden van toepassing. Het document is als download geplaatst op www.gk4kartseries.com. Neemt u aub notie van dit document.

We zullen u graag verwelkomen bij de eerste GK4 en/of BEKC wedstrijd in Mariembourg.

We are busy preparing for a hopefully “normal” season GK4 Kart Series (GK4) and BEKC Endurance Karting 4Teams 2021.
We are happy to inform you about the calendars, registration, classes and other details.

The official Dutch Club Championships GK4 Kart Series (GK4) en BEKC Endurance Karting 4Teams are held under the auspices of the Dutch ASN KNAF.
    The GK4 consists of six events (training Saturday and races Sunday).
    Ten races are planned for the class Formula Honda 9PK; six 1-hrs endurance races in the weekends GK4 and four sprintraces in the weekends Dutch Championship Iame.
    The BEKC consists of five one-day events, training and 2-hrs endurance race; two in the weekends GK4 and three in the weekends Dutch Championship Iame

Opening of Registration
    The registration will be opened from January 1. 2021.
    The link to the registration page of our internet site: https://www.gk4kartseries.com/inschrijven/
    Priority is given to drivers who use the pre-registration for the entire season. You can use this option until January 17. 2021.
    From January 18. drivers will be placed per event in order of received registrations.

Classes BEKC Endurance Karting 4Teams
    Permitted engines: Iame X30 and Rotax Max Senior and Junior; Wankel AIXRO XR30 Junior; TILLOTSON T4.
    The BEKC has a Total Classification for all approved engines with extra subclassifications.
    For the subclassifications, we refer to the Sporting Regulations 2021.

System for registration and payment
    We make use of a registration and payment system.
    You can register via the website www.gk4kartseries.com/inschrijven for the entire season or one or more separate events.
    After the formalities you will receive a voucher via email for the event(s) for which you have registered. This voucher is also the confirmation of registration.
    Please state in “opmerkingen” (remarks) if you want to receive an invoice, the required startnumber and your transponder number.
    Payment in cash is possible on request.

Licenses
The championship is open to drivers with a Dutch or Belgian license (national or international), as well as all holders of an international license from another ASN under the auspices of the FIA and holders of a national license from another ASN, accompanied by the admission of that ASN.
The minimum required Dutch license is the KNAF Club license and Belgian National Licence, and the Parent-Child license in case of minority of the driver (NL/B).
Dutch and Begian drivers can participate twice through a ERB, event registration of the KNAF, to be requested via www.knaf.nl. After use of two ERB’s you must apply for your national license.

Startnumbers
    The drivers who make use of the possibility to make reservation for the entire season are the first to receive the right to a starting number they have chosen. With the restriction that a driver who competed in 2020 with a certain number is the first to be entitled to it.
    The remaining starting numbers are then issued.
    With multiple applications for the same starting number, the organization decides.
